- An IP advisor and a paralegal are assigned to each client for a complete overview of the portfolio and so the client is able to contact someone who is familiar with the case overall.
- Requests are sent to the IP advisor in charge of the client, with a copy to the Manager, who ensures mobilization of the appropriate resources, and the paralegal, who indexes and guarantees compliance with the processing time.
- Information relating to appeals and objections is processed within a maximum of one week. The portfolio is updated weekly.
- Prior searches are carried out depending on the types of searches and countries.
- Applications are made within 24 to 48 hours.
- Renewals are indicated one year prior to their expiry. Generally speaking, time frames are widely anticipated in order to leave sufficient consultation time with the client.
We favor visual methods, such as the Legal Design; i.e., by preparing outlines that we sometimes integrate directly into contracts for a comprehensible view of the law.
